At Speediance Canada Official, we stand behind our smart home gym technology; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. All returned equipment must be in original packaging and like-new condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Email our dedicated Canadian support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble the Speediance unit and secure all components, cables, and accessories into the original heavy-duty shipping crates.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight pickup from your location to ensure safe transport.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
